I was always in love with Japan. My internship in Osaka in Japan as a foodengineer in 2001 led to more Japanpassion than ever before and I met my future husband underneath the cherryblossom trees. Right after graduation I got the chance to build a japanese salad dressing production from scratch for Mister Tanaka, a restaurant owner in Switzerland.

3 years later Tanaka offered me a company takeover and I founded akari taste Ltd. with friends for continuing and growing the popular Kabuki dressing brand and production.

While filling hundreds of bottles by hand and doing all the groundwork for a successful business, I started with Japaninsider-workshops for travellers who wanted to prepare themself in a fun and effective way.

2013 I founded my own company RonjaSakata.com to run the Japanevents under my own name and start with my onlinebusiness. My first online course is how to learn Japanese in a easy and fun way without tons of grammar. I also sell my Japanebook and Japaninsiderknowledge-audios. My monthly live Japan event is taking place in Zurich and brings you all the information you need for a relaxed vacation in Japan with connecting to the locals, ordering food in perfect Japanese and having the time of your life.

My onlinebusiness gives me the freedom to do everything exactly, how I want it to do. My overall goal is to bring joy in this world and to enjoy every day of my life to the fullest! #inlovewithjapan #joyismycompass!
