Nikolaus Lindner heads eBay’s Government Relations activities in Germany and the EEC region. He focuses on various issues including consumer rights and competition law. He is chair of AmCham’s Telecommunication, Internet and Media Committee and heads the Trade Working Group at BITKOM. Before joining eBay in 2007, he worked for the German Association of Private Broadcasters. Nikolaus studied law in Berlin, has a Ph.D. in European Media Law and obtained a Master of Laws in Innovation, Technolgy and the Law from the University of Edinburgh.
