Nadzeya Kalbaska, PhD in Communication Sciences, is a postdoctoral researcher and a lecturer at USI – Università della Svizzera italiana (Lugano, Switzerland). Her research focus is on online communication practices and digital strategies, ranging from the use of IT for Human Resource Management to online usages and usability studies. Nadzeya manages various applied research projects at the webatelier.net laboratory. She serves IFITT-International Federation for IT and Travel and Tourism (www.ifitt.org) as General Secretary.
Nadzeya – born in Minsk (Belarus) – lived, worked, and studied in Switzerland, the UK, Hong Kong, and New Zealand.
