After completing her bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Melanie Huber gained her first experiences of online marketing during work experience arranged as part of the EU programme, “Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs”. There she discovered her enthusiasm for social media. In 2012 she completed her MBA with a focus on tourism and business administration. Melanie Huber worked as Marketing Manager (Switzerland) for the online service sobu (Social Media & Business Network), launched by the Swiss Post. She is passionate about developing new ideas to help grow brands and companies in today’s era of the connected customer. Currently she is working for Direct Marketing Services at the Swiss Post and she is responsible for the further development of the crossmedia marketing solution “DM360°”.
