Gianni Marletta

Gianni Marletta was born in Lugano, on 23.07.1986.
During his childhood he was always keen on sports, especially playing tabletennis which was one of his passions that brought him to a semi-professional level in 2003.
After completing his studies at the Liceo Lugano 1 in 2004 he decided to start a new challenge working in the casino industry, as a Croupier in Casino Lugano and later on Royal Caribbean International Cruiseships.
In late 2010, Gianni Marletta and Vitaliya Vezzoli (partner in Business and in Life) founded King Rent and set up their first office in Italy (Forte dei Marmi), aiming to deliver the most exclusive rental services for high-end customers. The idea was to offer a wide range of luxury services for the VIP clients in Versilia, mainly russians.
But after only a year of activity the business started to grow to a larger scale and focused on Luxury Car Rentals industry not only in Forte dei Marmi but also across Italy, Switzerland and South of France. From 2011 to 2013 King Rent closed many partnerships with important agencies and existing brokers extending the operational area and the rentals volume.
Next step in 2013 was the creation of a website that allowed to promote the rentals all over central Europe, providing a custom-made service that always let the client decide everything according to his wishes. The geographical position of King Rent in Switzerland (with the current head-office), in Italy and in Montecarlo (with a partner office) and the logistical organisation allows to be one of the most competitive company in the european luxury car rental market. King Rent has a fleet of own cars, but also works with a few selected partners all over Europe in order to be able to serve more locations.
