Claudia Bienentreu is heading the innovation team “AXAnauten” of AXA in Switzerland. Her mission is to enable collaborations between AXA and external innovation partners like startups, corporations, clients and academic institutions, to develop open innovation initiatives and unlock new business opportunities. She is a lecturer at HWZ, sharing her knowledge about disruptive innovation, open innovation and digital business models in the insurance industry. She is passionate about understanding customer needs, technology trends, developing innovative business models and connecting people and ideas.
