CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT - 100%
● Coordinate administration, transportation, and banking tasks.
● Coordinate communication outlets (phone, emails, chatroom, social media, etc.) with prospects and existing clients.
● Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers.
● Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
● Develop service procedures, policies, and standards.
● Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
● Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
● Being the point of contact for client relationship managers and clients from an onboarding, account maintenance and Customer Due Diligence perspective.
● Orders management from entry to delivery.
● Experience in providing customer service support is a plus.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Fluent in Geman (mandatory), English, and French. Any other languages are a plus.
● Ability to think strategically and to lead.
● High level of discernment, integrity, and confidentiality.
● Entrepreneurial spirit.
● Multi-tasking skills.
