B2B Portals Executive Workshop

This is the 6th executive workshop in our Observatory series.

B2B companies are increasingly understanding the need for implementing digital communication and sales channels. However, customers are not always directly converted on e-Commerce channels. Rather than that, the customer journey can be complex. In this workshop, the attendees share best practices on measuring the ROI of digital channels.

The agenda gives different angles to the topic and features case studies from:

  • STMicroelectronics
  • Axalta in collaboration with Colombus Consulting
  • SGS
  • Western Union Business Solutions

The workshop is an excellent opportunity for senior managers and business executives to share their knowledge and experiences and to network within their peer group. The audience is an invited group of around 20 senior managers and executives responsible for digital initiatives at companies in the B2B sector.
