Smart Working and Living - Consumer Behavior Report 2020

Consumers are increasingly becoming comfortable in buying items for their homes online. On the other hand, especially for younger consumers, the use of connected devices is on the rise. In this report, we survey Swiss consumers on their online buying behaviour of home & living items and their openness for IoT applications.
