Since its initiation in Switzerland in 2015, black friday saw a strong evolution as a key shopping day with major discounts. This report examines the shopping preferences of Swiss consumers during that day. It takes a look at how Swiss consumers stay informed about special deals, in what product categories they are most interested in and how much they are planning to spend.
