BACKGROUND AND GOALS
Digital technologies are opening up new possibilities for public-sector services leading to fast, seamless and cost-effective administrative processes. 

Switzerland is following a federal eGovernment strategy to implement eServices in all administrative process across communities, cantons and on a national level.

In this sector, we will invite a group of 10-15 representatives from the public sector to share best practices on the use of digital technologies in order to achieve the strategic goals.

An exclusively invited group of  10-15 Swiss representatives from the public sector responsible for the implementation of the digital strategies in their jurisdiction.
