Philippe Gilliéron

Philippe Gilliéron has been practicing IP/IT for more than 15 years, fields in which he has authored several books and more than 30 articles. Offering his services in both contentious and non-contentious matters, Philippe has developed a specific and well recognized expertise for legal issues surrounding e-commerce. His clients range from SMEs to multinational companies. One landmark case involving Philippe in 2015 relates to the granting by the Court of Justice of Geneva of an interim ruling in favor of the Cartier brand ordering VeriSign, Inc., seated in Reston, Virginia, to block numerous counterfeit websites on a worldwide scale. Philippe is a regular Speaker at different venues and has notably lectured at Harvard Law School, Cornell Law School, SciencesPo or at the Cour de Cassation in Paris.
