Nora Kato’s specialty is connecting brands with their most suitable Digital Business Environment by customizing processes and staying customer-centric.

Last year she set up the e-Commerce and Omni channel platform for the Swiss retailer modissa, which was launched in November 2017. Since the launch she acts as the Head of e-Commerce (currently on maternity leave), overseeing all e-Commerce Operational Activities, Digital Backend Processes and Performance Marketing.

Nora has more than 8 years experience in Digital Communication and Online Sales Business in the fashion and luxury goods sector, gathered in various countries, like Japan, France, the US, Germany and now Switzerland. Other brands she has worked with are among others HUGO BOSS, Armani Cosmetics (L’Oréal), Cartier. She also founded her own boutique agency for Digital Businesses in 2012.

Educational-wise, she has achieved a B.A. in Media and Communication Economics at the University in Ravensburg (Germany) and an MBA in International Luxury Brand Management at l’ESSEC in Paris (France).
