Chun is an expert in digital marketing and ecommerce with international experience. Her expertise lies in digital advertising, social media, influencer, online customer experience, performance marketing, ecommerce, marketplaces, omni-channel, with data-driven mindset. She has led several Ecommerce projects for European brands in China and in Switzerland with proven successful sales records. Thanks to her working experience in China as journalist and consultant as well as in Switzerland with Swatch Group (Tissot and Swatch) in Ecommerce and digital marketing for the global markets, Chun owns a profound knowledge in both digital worlds, such as Google, Facebook, Amazon and their Chinese counterparts as Baidu, WeChat, Alibaba. She manages them in a well-balanced approach with the understanding of both cultures. She is fit in both international and local environment. Together with her fluent Chinese, English, German and French, Chun is an international digital marketer with global thinking. Chun holds a PhD degree in communication science with a focus of digital media from University of Zürich.
