After graduating from Business school in Sion, Carole worked for both the Swiss Football Federation and the International Snowboard Federation. In 1993 she went to Mauritius and founded the island's first health club with a professional team from Europe. She moved to Zurich in 2000 and worked as a sponsoring and events manager for Bluewin. In 2004 she joined forces with Carine Langenskiöld to set up, finance and develop LABO Spa in Zurich.
