In 2009 Idea Creation GmbH was one of the first enterprises in Europe to specialize with e-guma on software solutions for the e-commerce gift voucher business.

Selling gift vouchers is a very lucrative business but their administration is very challenging. e-guma was developped to cover all aspects of the voucher business from efficient sales over a comprehensive administration, reporting and statistics up to marketing and communication functions. In 2015 the system was enhanced with a ticketing functionality to allow the timesaving pre-sales of events, courses, conventions, admittance and further more.
